The Trackr Dashboard is your central command center for managing your job hunt. It provides a high-level summary of your application pipeline, critical metrics, and pending actions to ensure you stay ahead in your career search.

Why it exists#

Job hunting can quickly become overwhelming with dozens of applications, interviews, and follow-ups. The Dashboard exists to eliminate the chaos. By aggregating your data into a single view, it helps you identify bottlenecks in your process and focus on the most impactful tasks today.

How it works#

When you log into Trackr, the Dashboard is the first page you see. It dynamically pulls data from all your active job applications, tasks, and calendar events. The AI engine analyzes this data to generate insights, such as your application-to-interview conversion rate.

Step-by-step instructions#

Log in to Trackr: Navigate to the home page and enter your credentials.
Review your KPIs: At the top of the dashboard, check your 'Total Applications', 'Interviews Scheduled', and 'Offers Received' metrics.
Check Upcoming Tasks: Look at the 'To-Do' widget on the right sidebar to see if you have any follow-up emails to send or interviews to prepare for.
Analyze Pipeline Health: Review the funnel chart to see where applications are currently sitting (e.g., Applied, Phone Screen, Technical Interview).
Take Action: Click on any metric or task to jump directly into the relevant application details.

Tips#

Customize your KPI widgets by clicking the 'Edit Layout' button in the top right corner of the dashboard to prioritize the metrics that matter most to you.

Best Practices#

Daily Check-ins: Make it a habit to check your dashboard once a day to ensure no follow-up tasks slip through the cracks.
Keep Data Fresh: The dashboard is only as good as the data you put in. Make sure you update the status of your applications immediately after an interview.
